  • Furniture layout suggestions for walkers and mobility devices

Starting at: $695 for a focused one-day session

We gently guide you and your family through what to keep, donate, pass down, or let go, so your home fits your life today.

We can assist with:

  • Home inventory of furniture and meaningful items
  • Organizing key household papers (so they’re easier for you and your executor to find)
  • Planning what happens “when it’s time” — including how a future move will work
  • Coordinating clean-outs when a home is eventually sold or passed down

We coordinate with trusted partners to make your home more connected and secure:

  • Video doorbells and smart locks
  • Simple camera or sensor setups

  5. Ongoing Support (Optional)
    Choose quarterly visits or occasional “project days” so your home stays safe, simple, and supportive.
