It was not an easy move, as you know, there were lots of uncertainties, but you and your team were amazing to work with! We really appreciate it. I also want to say a few kind words about the guys. I can tell that you run a tight ship and have high expectations from your workers. Every one of them was extremely polite, careful and unbelievably hard-working! We have some REALLY heavy furniture, and they never complained!!! They were all wonderful, but I do have to commend David because he just stood out. He impressed both Wray and I with his work ethic. Whatever I needed, he would reassure me that he could make it happen. He was extremely personable in a quiet, unassuming way, and he kept things moving right until the end when he helped Wray set up the media room tv. He deserves a BIG star for this move, and a commendation in his personnel file!! Thanks again for being so very easy to work with, and we will recommend you to everyone who needs a great mover!!!!!

Last Thursday I utilized the services of Smooth Mooove Senior Relocation Services.What a thrill to find a company, and a group of individuals working harmoniously to get a rather tough job completed with such excellence. First your telephone contact sold me on utilizing your services: The prices were fair and I could feel an air of professionalism and care. That morning we sat up and finalized the deal. Then comes the really important part: Harris Dexter, Keena, and Juanita. They met me with smiles handshakes and warm greetings, consulting me on my wants, needs, and desires. Within just a few minutes my “treasures were being carefully packed, and placed on the truck in a careful and professional manner with everything strapped securely. Throughout the afternoon they checked on my comfort and well being. There was no waste of time all day but every attention was paid to detail in seeing everything was safe and secure. The trip to Kennessaw was accomplished safely and the unloading, unpacking, and set up followed the same stringent procedures with me being queued on where every item went. Again each of my treasures arrived in perfect condition being positioned in just the right place. At the end of the day all was well and I was so impressed by their congeniality, dedication, and most of all friendship. I have never seen a relocation done with such ease. Please pass along to Harris, Dexter, Keena, and Juanita my appreciation for all they did for me.

Dear Adrienne, We met last week at the AARP Convention in Atlanta and I wanted to take a minute to drop you a line. First, thank you for sending the DVDs of ours you must have found. It was not necessary, but we appreciate your extra effort. Second, let me say that it warmed my heart watching you and your staff working so hard last week, and then to see you go the extra mile to pack your truck with the booth furniture we had, just to help out the “Friends of Disabled Adults and Children”. While I’m not in need of help moving anyone at the moment, your organization would be top of my list if I were hiring someone or recommending someone else. Thank you Smooth Mooove for the great work your guys did during my 88 year old mother’s move. Jonathan, Tavares, and Bruce were professional and respectful and they worked hard even when dealing with the 100 degree heat. They were perfectionists when it came to packing the breakables. ln addition, the price was fair and stayed in our budget range. I will definitely recommend Smooth Mooove to anyone I know who is planning a move.

Back in early March, your Greg and Corliss moved my sister-in-law Mary Endsley from Kennesaw to Chambrel. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the good job your guys did. Moving is always a yucky affair, and going into or out of Chambrel is doubly yucky without a freight elevator. Having to squish everything including too-large pieces of furniture, into those tiny passenger elevators was such a pain. But Greg and Corliss did it all with skill and good humor, and their attitude and expertise made a long stressful day go smoooooooother than we could have hoped. Thank you all for the great service you provide!

I wanted to send this e-mail to advise of the very pleasant experience my family received from your company in the move of my father to an assisted living facility.The individuals involved in the move, Robert and Andre were very courteous, efficient and did an excellent job in making the move as smooth as possible.
